The KSE-100 fell 347.97 points to close at 164,776.44 as political uncertainty and selling in banking and technology stocks weighed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) closed lower on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. The KSE-100 Index settled at 164,776.44, down 347.97 points (0.21%). The index moved between 164,773.66 and 166,070.47 during the session.

PTC dropped 9.08% and was the largest individual drag on the KSE-100. UBL, HBL, LUCK and MARI also weighed on the benchmark. Fertilizer stocks provided some support, led by FFC.

Persistent domestic political uncertainty contributed to cautious investor sentiment, while selling in heavyweight companies erased the market’s early gains.
